Founded by Mr. Raj Kumar Bubna in 1973, Arvind Industrials is the first company under the banner of Arvind Group. Arvind Industrials infact serves as the foundation behind the establishment of the Group. Started off as a small trading unit catering to the print and press industry, it later on spread its wings to become a distribution house representing various MNC and dealing in an extensive list of chemicals ranging from printing inks, adhesives and paints.

The second company under Arvind Group, A.A. Chemicals, was founded in 1995. It was set up as a trading house for chemicals, moving on to becoming a distributor of allied resins and chemicals for their products pentaerythritol and hexamine. It later forayed into UV range of products catering to high end printing and lamination industry. Currently, it is also providing painting solutions for industries, cold storages and buildings..

Corrugated Boxes

Set up in 2014, AIPL started off as a branch off of Arvind Industrials to segregate and differentiate between trading and distribution activities of the company. However, it later on ventured into the manufacturing of corrugated boxes in the year 2021.

Founded in 2005 and being the third company to be incorporated under Arvind Group, Arvind Promoters engages in the construction of commercial and residential buildings. It also ventured into construction of warehouses and renting out spaces in the following years.
